WE BET ON A MODERN CONCEPT AND A GOOD LOCATION AND BUILT A SHOPPING MALL ON THE CITY’S MOST FREQUENTED STREET.
Thousands of visitors every day
Atrium is located on Dukelská Street, which connects the train and bus stations with the historical part of the city. As a result, the shopping mall attracts thousands of visitors every day. As part of the construction project, we had to come up with a solution for sensitively interconnecting the shopping mall with Tesco.
The central feature of the whole building is a glazed atrium, which is complemented by natural elements in the form of grown trees. The passages around the atrium consist of commercial lease areas, i.e. boutiques, restaurants and other services that are easily accessible directly from the street through three entrances.
We contribute to the development of cities and we care about improving urban living conditions in them. Therefore, we build meaningfully and sensitively.
