THE FIRST SHOPPING MALL IN LIBEREC.
We built the first-ever shopping mall in Liberec. Delta is located in the very centre of the city at the main bus station. On a total of six floors, there are shops, cafés and restaurants as well as services. One part of the project included the repair of the U Zeleného stromu listed house.
We contribute to the development of cities and we care about improving urban living conditions in them. Therefore, we build meaningfully and sensitively.
Other projects
We are behind major projects in Czech city centres. We focus on department stores as well as office and residential premises.
