A MODERN CONCEPT OF THE BUILDING, WHICH IS IN PERFECT SYNERGY WITH HISTORICAL BUILDINGS.
One of the most interesting façades in Brno
A unique feature of the Omega Palace is its façade, which changes throughout the day. In the daytime, it stands out with sober grey-green glasses, which brighten up with bold colours every evening. Together with the astronomical clock, it forms an essential part of Náměstí Svobody, the main square in Brno arousing strong emotions not only in locals.
The total usable area of 3,500 m² is spread over six above-ground and two underground floors. There are shops on the underground and three above-ground floors, offices on the fourth, and residential premises on the two highest floors. The interior of the building is dominated by a glazed atrium, which extends over three floors.
The prominent feature of the building
The façade is made of grey-green glass with dark elements and is complemented by a lighting system with a wide range of shades that will brighten up the entire building at night.
We contribute to the development of cities and we care about improving urban living conditions in them. Therefore, we build meaningfully and sensitively.
