Region gives approval for new multifunctional district in Pilsen

The Environmental Department of the Pilsen Region has today given its approval to AMESIDE’s project for a new multifunctional district in the centre of Pilsen.

AMESIDE a.s. from the Prague-based Amádeus Real group wants to build it for several billion crowns between 2022 and 2026 on the site of the demolished House of Culture. The region has today issued a consent statement for the project as part of its environmental impact assessment (EIA), the developer’s media representative Karel Samec told ČTK.
